Hi everyone!


I’m now moving to Saitama by car with my father and mother, and I’m now passing through Mie prefecture!! It wii take about 12 hours to move to Saitama. Right now it’s about halfway between Ehime and Saitama. I think moving by car is exciting because I can see many different cities and eat local food in the service areas! Because of COVID-19, I took out food and ate in the car. Also, I think it will be more fun if you go while listening to your favorite song🎶 I will soon start living by myself, and I’m excited, but I’m worried if I will be homesick….. 


Do yo like New Year’s Day? It’s one of my favorite holidays. Why do I like the day? It’s because I can meet my cousins and eat osechi. Osechi is a traditional meal only prepared for New Year. On that day all of my family members, include cousins are gather at the grandparent’s house. If they all come together, there will be 18 people. I think this number is high! What do you think? I think this is a little strange custom in my house, but my grandfather likes rock-paper-scissors, and this game tournament will be held on that day. If I win, he will give me a money called otoshidama. It’s okay if I can’t win, he gives it. My grandfather has a lot of knowledge that I don’t know, very kind and funny, so I love him! Of course I love grandmother too! She is very nice cooker. I really like kuri-kinton and simmered black soy beans made by her. Also, they are a kind of osechi. Kuri-kinton is a kind of food made with mashed sweet potatoes and sweetened chestnuts. Both of them are very sweet, and they are like a kind of sweets. All of the ingredients in osechi are well-meaning because it is eaten to pray for good health and great harvest for a year. Kuri-kinton means improving economic fortune, and simmered black soy beans mean hard work. I want my grandmother to teach how to make them one day!!

I have a big dream on New Year’s Day! I want to spend New Year’s Eve in Times Square or Disney Resort. I hope it will come true someday🥺

    I also like the New Year. The reason is that I can eat osechi with my family. Same as you! I love kurikinton made by my grandmother. It’s really good. And your family’s game tournament sounds fun. Let's do it together next time!

    OMG! I have the same big dream on New Year's Day as you have! I want to have a New Year at Times Square in New York, and I want to have a good time with my friends and people around me with my favorite drink! Let's go together someday! I'm excited just to think about this.

 Hi everyone! It's the season when mandarin oranges are delicious. Why do I think so? It's because I'm from Ehime prefecture, which is famous for oranges. Last Sunday, my grandparents send me a lot of oranges! I have been waiting for them to arrive, so I'm very happy now😆In this season, there are many oranges at my home, in Ehime. It's because my grandparents are orange farmer👨🏻‍🌾 The oranges harvested at this time are called very early oranges(gokuwase mikan) and are a little more sour than ordinary oranges. TV Shows

Hi everyone! I have been at home all the day nowadays, so I watch TV more than before. I usually watch TV when I eat lunch or dinner. I watch the news every day to see what happened on that day and to check the weather the next day. It's almost time for a typhoon, so I must check it careful because my house is in front of the sea. When the typhoon comes, I'm scared of the sounds of waves and thunder. Sometimes it causes a power outage, so I don't like the typhoon season it's very inconvenient. My favorite TV shows are variety and drama. In variety program, I often watch "sekainohatemadeitteQ" I especially like the Rocchi Nakaoka and Degawa corners. Both of them are so funny that I can't stop laughing. Regarding dramas, I don't think recent dramas are very interesting. I think old drams were more interesting. My High School

I enjoyed high school very very much!! Every day is happy and unforgettable memories. I have three big memories in my high school life. First, is about class match. My high school had one class match every semester. Girls could choose either basketball or volleyball, and we played basketball in the last class match. We made three groups per class. We had 5 classes, so we divided into 15 teams in total. The match was played in a tournament match and our team came in second place!! I was disappointed that I couldn't win, but I was sooo happy because my classmates celebrated! I think sports is the good thing to get along with friends because we can share the same feelings. Next, is about club activities. When I was first and second grade student, I belonged Track and Field, and I was a manager with a friend.
