Hi everyone!

Recently, a new member has joined my family. It's a kitten🐱I still don't know the gander, but it is probably a boy. He was a stray cat and he was lost. I found him on the cliff and I helped him out. After that, I moved to a safe place, but he didn't leave it and he couldn't meet his mom, so we decided to keep it. He is so cute, energetic and has blue eyes!

When I was a child, I often went to Fukuoka and Oita by ferry because I have good access to Kyushu and there are many fun places. Theplaces I enjoyed the most were the amusement park called Kijima Kogen and the zoo called African Safari. There are a lot of scary rides on the Kijima Kogen. The most scary ride I had was the roller coaster called Jupiter🎢It was made of wood and shook very much when I was riding. If you go to there, people who like roller coasters should ride it!!! In the African Safari you can ride a bus and feed the animals directly, and see the zoo up close. I was a little scared to feed big animals like lions, but I loved it🦁There are also delicious foods in Fukuoka and Oita. I love Motsu-nabe (motsu means hormones) and Pork-born ramen, which is soul food in Fukuoka. I also like Toriten, and it is a local food in Oita. I'll definitely eat them when I go there. I recommend them!

In addition, I have unforgettable memories in my life. I did a homestay in Red Wing, Minnesota, USA during the summer vacation of my third year of middle school. My town and Red Wing are sister cities because of the nuclear power plant. What I liked during my homestay was playing in the river. Host parents often took me to the river and I had a great time with them!! I'm very grateful to the host family who made me have a happy life.

Thank you for reading.

  1. Hi, Nagisa!!

You're so kind! I was surprised about you found a cat on the cliff and keep it. Actually, I have never seen a cliff in my life, and a cliff is not unfamiliar for me. I have seen Jupiter on TV , but I don't know the Kijima Kogen where there is located in Oita. I want to visit there once.

  2. Hi Nagisa!

I'm jealous you rode that roller coaster! Let's go to Fuji-Q Highland really soon. Also, your American homestay experience is amazing! It looks fun to go on the boat... But I've never been on a boat because I get seasick easily..;-; But playing in the river looks fun! What else did you do in the United States?
